His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Noaimi, the Minister of Education, awarded the certificate of Institutional Accreditation to AMAIUB, on May 7, 2019 at the Ministry of Education in the presence of the Academic Committee for Accreditation headed by Dr. Muna Mohamed Al Balooshi, Asst. Secretary General. Present also in the awarding was Dr. Abdulghani Alshowaikh, the HEC Secretary General.
It’s worthy to recall that AMAIUB submitted to a rigorous inspection process underpinned by internationally recognized standards determined by the accrediting authorities from the Higher Education Council-Bahrain (HEC) in collaboration with the British Accreditation Council (BAC) in the previous year.
Said institutional accreditation award will allow AMAIUB to expand its admission of students beyond the borders of the Kingdom of Bahrain most especially from the GCC countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and UAE. In turn, AMAIUB upholds its commitment to support HEC’s advocacy of providing high quality higher education with continuous monitoring system and high level of transparency in all its operations.
