According to a memo released by CHED about Lifelong Learner Track, aside from Grade 10 completers and ongoing high school students, others that will be affected by K to 12 are the following:

• Those who graduated from high school before 2016
• College undergraduates
• Those who took up TechVoc or Associate Degree courses
