AMA University Students Shine in PAF Castle Siege 2 Cybersecurity Exercise

Empowering the Future of Cyber Defense

AMA University's BS Cybersecurity students, Nathan Macalinao, John Gabriel Nermal, and Marita Jophiel B. Ninobla, demonstrated their exceptional skills at the prestigious Cybersecurity Exercise, "Castle Siege 2," organized by the esteemed Philippine Air Force (PAF). The event took place from July 26 to 28 at the PAF Multi-Purpose Gymnasium in Pasay City.

Impressive Performance in a Competitive Arena

The remarkable presentation by these three students showcased their prowess, securing a commendable 4th place among eight participating teams. The top honors were clinched by the teams from DICT, AFP IT, and CAAP, emerging as the Champion, 1st runner-up, and 2nd runner-up, respectively. Notably, among the schools that attended the event, AMA University stood out as the sole educational institution that participated in the Castle Siege 2 competition.
